On Sunday November 10th, The Michigan Pedaler will host a ride for veterans, active military, and their guest in honor of Veterans Day. “It’s just a small way that we can say ‘thank you’ to all those who serve or have served” said Mike Gill, owner of The Michigan Pedaler. “It’s our honor to be able to do this for them.”
The ride will take place at 2:00 pm on the Sunday before Veterans Day. Veterans will have a chance to see Detroit from a new perspective, including making a couple bar and picture stops along the way. Per the rules of The Michigan Pedaler, guests would be permitted to bring their own food and drink to enjoy on the bike as well.
“We had a lot of fun doing this last year and had very positive feedback, so we’re thrilled to be doing it again” said Operations Manager, Nick Popovski. “It’s a tradition we want to keep for many years to come because we always will want to say, ‘thank you.’”
