When I drive for team outings, I’ve noticed that there’s usually one person who really lets loose. You’ll see them dancing in the middle of the bike, singing the loudest, and making sure everybody’s got a full beer in their cupholder. The funny part is that more often than not, somebody usually leans into me, points to that person and says, “That’s my manager.”

Recently on a company ride, I heard two people introduce themselves in the beginning. They said things along the lines of “I’ve seen you around the office.” By the end of the ride, they were laughing, hugging, singing together, and talking about how they need to start hanging out.
